Service Policy Changes
Review of Service Charges 1st February 2014 for Monitored Platinum Clients
In order for Safegard to maintain its level of service arrangements to our Platinum Monitored Clients, and taking into consideration the excellent reliability of the Bosch and DSC Alarms we install, we have undertaken a review of our Terms & Conditions of Supplying our services.
As a result of this Review, from 1st February 2014 we have modified the arrangements for the supply of Service/Checks and Battery replacement for Platinum Monitored clients.
Changes to be as follows:
- Service/Checks and Battery change will be carried out every two years, the cost for which being $97 (incl GST) for 30 minutes with 10 minutes of travelling time and including a new replacement battery.
- For service only, technician call outs, code changes and general maintenance, the service cost will be $48.50 (incl GST) for 30 minutes with 10 minutes of travelling time, then $48.50 per half hour for the duration of the visit.
- The supplying of a new replacement battery will now be $48.50 (incl GST).
- The minimum charge for a call out will now be $48.50 (incl GST) for 30 minutes with 10 minutes of travelling time instead of $97 (incl GST) for one hour.
