If Safegard provides your data SIM card for GPRS monitoring, the charge month in addition to the monitoring fees as outlined above.

Brief Terms and Conditions

  • Standard contract term is 12 months paid monitoring. One month's notice of cancellation is required.
  • Fair Use applies to Free guard callouts for Platinum and Commercial Plans. We reserve the right to not re-send guards to false alarms or NCF (No Cause Found) activations within a reasonable time period.
  • Free false alarm fixes applies only to full alarms installed by Safegard and still under warranty.
  • The local help line is 24/7. Safegard has monitoring staff available 24 hours a day but office hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. If your enquiry is of a highly technical nature or is about your Safegard account, it is best to phone during normal business hours.
